Over the years I have had my share of The Paranormal. Either experiencing it randomly or by invoking things I shouldn’t have.
What follows are the encounters I have had through my life that I can remember.
The Paranormal Experiences In My Younger Years
I clearly remember years ago when I must have been around 5, I was sick in bed with bronchitis. My folks were working outside and I could see them through my bedroom window. I was really in a daze caused by the illness and the meds.
Laying on my back I clearly remember getting the weirdest feeling in my body as if it was completely numb. Suddenly, I remember floating up to the ceiling. This caused me to panic and I shouted out and immediately returned to my body.
An experience never to be forgotten and never to be repeated again no matter how hard I tried.
So I guess that was Astral Projection. A very interesting experience.
Voice from under my bed
The other experience I had was voices coming from under my bed. I would be asleep in bed just to be woken by voices that originated from under my bed.
Fair enough, it could just have been my imagination but I clearly remember one night calling my Dad for something to drink. I really was too scared to get out of my bed at night.
To this day I can clearly remember after calling, a voice saying “Oh Shut Up” and a slight bump against the bed.
When my Dad got to my room he told me he clearly heard the Oh Shut Up.
Experiences In Later Years
There have always been times when I glimpse things out the corner of my eyes. Movement and shadows that are not there when I look directly.
However, there have been times when I clearly have seen apparitions confirming my belief in The Paranormal.
My deceased Uncle
I clearly saw my deceased uncle that had passed away years before. Sitting in my room, I saw and heard him walking down the passage in my parents home.
What I saw was so clear, from what he was wearing, the shoes and even the hat he had on. When I saw the apparition I immediately jumped up and went into the passage where I saw him enter my Mom’s sitting room and then it was gone.
The strange thing is that I was not the only one to see him. We had visitors one evening and the Gent went to the bathroom and told me afterwards that he had seen a guy marching my uncles description standing in the doorway of our kitchen.
Invoking The Paranormal
In my adult years I became very interested and practised various forms of meditation which can only bring good things in your life. But unfortunately one specific night while meditating I wanted to communicate with something that I thought would be powerful enough to answer questions about things going on in my life at the time.
Well, to cut a long story short, Yes I made contact with an evil entity. This entity made itself at home in our house and started affecting my family who knew nothing about what I had done.
My two sons refused to go into certain parts of the house and said something was watching them. It took me weeks to remove the entity from our house.
Never a good idea to try summon up anything and try communicate. A lesson hard learnt I guess.
Concluding
The Paranormal and things that go bump in the night do exist in my opinion. In later posts I will tell more of my experiences.
